Nike, Sampras are teammates again

Pete Sampras has re-signed with Beaverton, Ore.-based Nike Inc., according to the trade publication Adweek.
Sampras ended his eight-year relationship with Nike during the Australian Open. There he wore a U.S. flag decal on his shirt instead of the familiar Nike swoosh.
But Adweek reports that he has accepted an offer similar to the multiyear, multimillion-dollar offer he originally deemed too low and turned down several months ago. He is wearing Nike clothes at this week's Franklin Templeton Tennis Classic in Arizona.
